Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Description

1 lb sealed package.  This Blackberry Fruit and Black Tea blend contains both blackberry leaf and black tea leaf combined in a way that makes for an incredible blackberry flavor complimenting a strong, black tea.  Extremely fragrant, and ideal for a great cup of tea, or as a base flavor for kombucha recipes.

Directions for Infusion

Infuse tea with boiling water 9212°) at a rate of 2 grams tea per 8 oz (1 cup) of water.  For a 1 gallon kombucha base tea recipe, use 32 g (1.1 oz) in 1 gallon of boiling water.

Steep tea for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you want it.  Over 5 minutes of steeping will add an astringent characteristic to your tea or kombucha.
