This is a MONSTER All Grain Beer Kit, with a huge, fruity flavor profile and crazy, Belgian esters and phenolics. At almost 10%, be careful, and make sure that your mash tun is up to it! This light colored, classically made Belgian will sneak up on you and put you right to sleep!  Expect a deep and complex flavor profile from this classically styled Belgian Golden Strong, with a dry and attenuated finish and a light and fruity perception of sweetness provided by the Belgian Candi Sugar.  The hop character is light and balanced.  Home brew this recipe with your favorite Belgian Style yeast strain for best results, and don't be afraid to let it age to perfeciton!
