American Un-Malted Wheat



Clean, raw, un-malted Wheat is traditionally used in Belgium to brew Witbiers to maintain their 'white' and cloudy appearance due to the higher levels of proteins, and the fact that they do not drop out clear.  Un-malted wheat is also used very heavily in the production of sour beer due to it's high levels of non-fermentable sugars.
