American Caramel/Crystal 80


Caramel 80 will contribute red to deep red hues to any beer style. Flavors produced are very pronounced caramel, with slight burnt flavors and raisiny charactaristics.

Use 1-10% in European style lagers like Marzen and Vienna lager, as well as California Common.

Add up to 15% for darker American and European styles.

All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
