American Caramel/Crystal 75
American Caramel/Crystal 75° L will contribute a deep red color to any beer style. Flavors produced are complex, with strong caramel and dark toffee at the forefront.
Use up to 10% in IPA's and American styles, and up to 15% for Bitters, English and European styles, Browns and darker beers.
All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
