American Caramel/Crystal 60
American Caramel/Crystal 60° L will contribute reddish amber colors to any beer style. Flavors produced are more pronounced toffee and caramel than lighter Caramel/Crystal malts.
Use up to 10% in IPA's and American styles, and up to 15% for Bitters, English and European styles, Browns and darker beers.
All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
