American Caramel / Crystal 40



American Caramel/Crystal 40° L will contribute light amber to reddish colors to any beer style. Flavors produced are medium sweet, burnt sugar, toasted marshmellow, dried fig or prune, with malty and caramel overtones.

Use up to 10% in IPA's and American styles, and up to 15% for Bitters, English and European styles, Browns and darker beers.

All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
