American Caramel/Crystal 40
American Caramel/Crystal 40° L will contribute light amber to reddish colors to any beer style. Flavors produced are medium sweet, with malty and caramel overtones.
Use up to 10% in IPA's and American styles, and up to 15% for Bitters, English and European styles, Browns and darker beers.
All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
