American Caramel / Crystal 20
Caramel 20° L is known for contributing golden hues to any beer style. Flavors produced are a distinct and candy-like sweetness, some apricot and raisin, as well as mild caramel.
Use up to 10% in IPA's and American styles, and up to 15% for Bitters, English and European styles, Browns and darker beers. All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
