American Caramel/Crystal 150



Caramel 150° L will contribute very dark colors to any beer style. Flavors produced are intensely caramel, roast sugar, toasted raisins and slightly burnt toffee.

Use 1-10% in any European or American darker beer style.

All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
