American Caramel/Crystal 120
Caramel/Crystal 120° L will contribute a dark, red-brown color to any beer style. Flavors produced are intense toffee and caramel, with burnt sugar and characteristics of raisin and prune.
Use 1-15% in European and American styles, including Stout, Wee Heavy, and Belgians.
All Caramel/Crystal malts will help add body and improve head retention.
