Brumalt is an Abbey style malt originally created to give Honey malt a run for it's money. This tart and slightly sweetmalt boasts light honey and subtle stonefruit characteristics and a copper color contribution. While it's not quite Honey malt and not quite Aromatic malt, this unique grain is a great addition to IPA's at or below 10%, Belgian styles at or below 15%, and Cream Ales and Lagers around 5%.
Note: Sold by the pound.
