Chips pack a massive surface area, which helps to impart Oak characteristics quickly and efficiently.
Soak in whisky or bourbon to add an extra dimension of flavor! Add 1/2 to 1 oz per 5 gallons beer, wine, mead or cider, and 1 oz per quart distillate.
