It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Description: 

This is a smooth, citrusy Extract American Wheat Ale, low in ABV and perfect for summer sipping. Produces a dry, cloudy, and ridiculously palatable beer with a creamy head.  This is an easy drinking, Extract American Wheat beer for those of us that prefer a cleaner yeast profile in our wheat beer than the more tradtional hefeweizen or wit styles.  Hop bitterness is low, just enough to make a perfect balance of hops and malt.  Gentle bready characteristics dominate the palate, with a balanced Cascade hop profile that is citrus forward with some very light and subtle pine.  For the adventurous, try this beer with an American or German lager yeast strain for the ultimate refreshing wheat home brew!
