Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Description

1 oz package of Whole Allspice (Pimento dioca)

Unground Allspice in 1 oz packages. Allspice got it's name from it's flavor profile, which is similar to nutmeg, ginger, juniper and cinnamon, all at once! Pumpkin Pie Spice Blends generally incorporate Allspice at a rate of 7% - 10%.

Directions For Use

Add Allspice during the last 5 minutes of the boil, or as a 'dry hop' after fermentation. This spice is very distinct, so add slowly and taste often!

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
