It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

All Grain Brewing Class 2 Person

In this upcoming class, we will crack open the All-Grain process from beginning to end, with the help of the Beer and Brew Master from Virginia City Brewery and Taphouse! Class will include advanced techniques for brewing, and step by step instruction for extract brewers wanting to take that next step! We won't limit the general geek-ness of this class, but we will also focus on moving to All-Grain from extract, and on troubleshooting process as a new-newer All-Grain Brewer, so be prepared for lots of fun and full-spectrum geekery!

Class will include a beer from VC Brewing, a brewery tour and system run down from VC Brewing as we go.

We will make 15 gallons of Summer Wheat and ferment in a half-barrel SS Chro
