It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Dry Malt Extract

We carry only the highest quality dry malt extract, also called DME, exclusively from Briess Malting Company.  Our 100% pure malted barley extract and Bavarian Wheat extracts are perfect as a base for any beer you want to brew, whether it’s an extract wheat beer or a West Coast Brown Ale.         

Malt Extracts can be used in starters for building your yeast when making high gravity grain brews, or as a base malt in any beer you want to brew.  Briess uses high quality pilsner malt, pale ale malt, wheat malt and carapils for head retention in their extracts.
