  • How much of this should I use if my total water is 4.2 gallons? Or should I use the whole thing? Thanks! - Jason

    If total brew day water is only 4.2 gallons, mash will likely be about half of a normal 5 gallon batch.  Just pitch half and save the rest for you next brew day!

  • Brew salt kit for an American wheat like Oberon, blue moon style. If I want to brew a 5.5 G. All grain and buy distilled water. I'm not proficient at water testing yet.

Directions for Use

Calculate your mash volume based on the amount of grain in your beer recipe.  You will need to have your own water supply, either distilled water or reverse osmosis water.  Add your calculated mash volume and stir in the entire contents of your BrewWater Water Profile Kit.  Dough in and brew!  You do not need to add any other adjustments to the mash or sparge water.
