Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Description:

BCXAG is the BrewChatter Experimental rotating Beer Recipe Kit!  This is the AG, or All-Grain version.  One of the best parts about being a home brewer is trying out new hop varieties and experimental ingredients.  Our rotating experimental series will highlight the newest and coolest hops, terpene extracts, and everything else we want to play with and tell you about!

This will be a constantly rotating, very experimental Beer Recipe Kit!  Keep an eye here for the new and exciting hops and ingredients!

Our famous collaboration tripel with our friends at Schussboom Brewing Company!  This beer is KILLER!  It's a wonderful blend of authentic Belgian character melded perfectly with as more moderate, American style hop schedule.  When we brewed this at the brewery, we tried to get the best of Belgian Tripel style authenticity, then added our own late hop additions, almost like we were making an IPA.  While you get all of the character of a more East Coast style IPA, we didn't over bitter and this beer comes out like a super fruity bomb of a Belgian.  The flavor is Belgian-y, terpene forward and ages like a champ!  At 10%, you would expect nothing less!

The boys at Schussboom then took the whole thing and aged it for 8 months in a gin barrel!  This beer stands up well on it's own, but takes to oak VERY well!  This may be the most creative and unique thing that you ever brew!
